    Mold

    Wk 1–2

    We pull from our 300+ profile library or cut a custom mold. Bryan reviews the drawing and signs off before any concrete moves.

  2. 02

    Pour

    Wk 3

    Architectural mix, vibrated, screeded. Pieces poured in sequence, marked, and moved to cure.

  3. 03

    Cure

    Wk 3–7

    28 days for architectural · 14 for coping. We cure in shaded racks, controlled humidity. The right number of days, every time.

  4. 04

    Finish

    Wk 7

    Edged, sealed, and color-matched on the lot. Hand-finished where it shows. Sealed for SWFL weather.

    Delivered tagged for your mason — or set on the lot by our crew. Either way, accountable.
