JBA Precast LLC opened in 2021 as a small precast shop in Naples, Florida — one casting floor, one mold library, one father-and-son team. The shop runs on three principles: hold the schedule, cure the right number of days, and hand-finish what shows.

Bryan came up working alongside his father in the building trades — three decades of combined experience between framing, drywall, finish carpentry, and stone. Architectural precast was the niche they could own: the supply side was slow, the demand side wasn't.

We do most of our work for Southwest Florida builders — pool coping for the area's leading pool builders, architectural ornament for high-net-worth residential builds in Naples, Marco Island, Bonita Springs, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, and Sarasota. We also run general construction under our Florida CBC license when projects need it end to end.

The shop stays small on purpose. Three or four active jobs at a time. Father or son on every project. The same crew on the casting floor every day.
